Connect is an institutional digital portfolio platform developed by Deviteam for Al Akhawayn University during Fall 2025. It provides every student, faculty, and staff member with a unified digital presence that highlights their professional and academic identity within the university ecosystem. Each profile dynamically showcases a user’s biography, experiences, projects, and publications, alongside structured information such as department, school affiliation, and role. For students, the platform enables the presentation of majors, minors, specializations, GPA, and graduation year, offering a clear and comprehensive view of their academic path and achievements. Profiles are linked to the university's ID systems, ensuring an easy access. Through looking up an ID or by scanning a cash wallet, individuals on campus can instantly access a digital portfolio. Additionally, Connect allows the integration of external platforms such as GitHub, ResearchGate, LinkedIn, and other portfolio sources to display a complete picture of each individual’s work, creativity, and impact. Ultimately, Connect serves as both a discovery platform and networking hub, designed to showcase the diversity of talent across Al Akhawayn University, foster collaboration, and strengthen the digital visibility of its academic community.
